1 lb. of fresh, never-refrigerated mozzarella with incredible flavor & texture from Villa Italian Specialties. (Begins and ends with basic share)—$12/week

Each week, members will receive one piece of cheese (either cow, goat, or sheep cheese) including cheeses from Mecox Bay Dairy in Bridgehampton and other local and regional cheese producers. —$17/wk

One loaf of bread from bakers such as Hampton Sourdough, Blue Duck Bakery, Eli’s Breads, or a similar bakery. Options may include focaccia, baguettes, specialty rolls, etc. — $8/wk

Organic Grass Fed Beef (comes frozen): a mixture of premium steaks, burger patties, ground beef, and other cuts (example share: 2 pcs NY Strip, 2 pcs Ribeye Steak, two 1lb packages ground beef, two 2-pack burger patties). Beef Shares will be distributed four times throughout the season, either via in-person pickup on your regular pick up day, or via Friday CSA home delivery.
